Cakes Galore has its foundations dating back to the early 1990’s, when the father and sons team of Barry Smith, Julian Lancaster-Smith and Brad Smith established the business.

We have a customer base that includes all major retailers, many food-service providers, as well as numerous contract manufacturing customers. Our geographical spread is growing, with a larger number of export customers overseas.

We are very proud to be 100% Australian Made, and 100% Australian Owned, remaining one of the few companies still supplying our Australian products into the retail market.

And of course, we have full certification to HACCP, WQA and BRC standards, which are constantly reviewed and updated.
